Goods sent to the USA

We have commenced shipping to the USA. Please note that orders sent internationally may be subject to import duties, customs fees, tariffs and local taxes once your parcel arrives in the United States.

These charges are determined by US customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control these fees, as they vary depending on the value of the order and the type of goods purchased.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Any customs duties, tariffs, import taxes or handling fees are to be paid by the recipient/customer.

• Customs policies and import thresholds may change without notice.

• Delays caused by customs processing are outside of our control.

• Refused shipments due to unpaid customs charges may be returned to us at the customer’s expense.

Goods sent to New Zealand

Customs duties, import fees, GST and border processing charges may apply to orders sent to New Zealand depending on the value (usually over $1000NZD) of the shipment and current New Zealand import regulations.

Orders with a declared value above the applicable customs threshold may be subject to GST, duties and/or import processing fees charged by New Zealand Customs.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Customs clearance delays are outside of our control.

Goods sent to the UK and Northern Ireland

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import tariffs and carrier handling fees upon arrival.

VAT may be charged on imported goods in accordance with current UK import regulations. Customs duties and additional charges may also apply depending on the value of the shipment and the type of goods purchased.
