How long do pre sale orders take to arrive?

Pre Sale orders generally take anywhere from 7 weeks to 10 weeks to arrive from the day of purchase.

why do pre sale orders take so long to arrive?

We collaborate with a sustainable manufacturing team to ensure nothing is wasted, avoiding fabric leftovers that could end up in landfills. After you place an order, we start creating your garment. First, the fabric is knitted, then sent to the dye house to wait for dyeing. Next, it is measured and cut, then moved to the print house for screen printing. Finally, it is sewn, checked, and packed. This process typically takes 8 weeks, but we allow 10 weeks to accommodate any unexpected issues.

Will I know when the order is sent?

Yes! As soon as we ship your order you will be notified with tracking via the email provided on your order.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY PRE ORDER?

All pre sale orders are made to secure your item in advance and are considered final. You may cancel with in 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, cancellations will not be accepted as production has already commenced. Please choose carefully when placing a pre order.

WHAT IF I PROVIDED THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you need to update your shipping address for a pre sale, we kindly ask that you get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order. While it’s not essential it's preferred. Early notice helps us prepare your order for a smooth delivery once it's ready to ship.

CAN I COMBINE MY ORDERS IF I HAVE MULTIPLE PENDING?

At this time, we're unable to combine multiple orders into one shipment. As many items - especially pre sale arrive at all different times. Combining orders can create delays and confusion to our fulfilment process.
