For a long time, I thought being sensitive was something I needed to toughen up about. That I felt too much, cared too much, noticed too much.

Now, I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Being sensitive means I get to experience so many layers of this life. I feel love deeply. I notice the little things. I connect with people, with myself and with the world around me in a way that feels almost magical.

There’s so much strength in allowing yourself to feel it all to stay soft in a world that sometimes tells you not to be. I’m grateful I get to feel this much. Turns out, being sensitive is pretty gangster.
